Board of the Institute

As foreseen by article 14 paragraph 6 of the CNR Statute, "Presso ciascun istituto è costituito un consiglio di istituto che rappresenta il personale dell’istituto e coadiuva il direttore nei processi di programmazione e di sviluppo delle competenze. La composizione, le modalità di nomina e i compiti del consiglio di istituto sono definiti dal regolamento di organizzazione e funzionamento". ("An institute board shall be set up at each Institute to represent the staff and assist the director in the planning and skills development processes. The composition, the method of appointment and the duties of the Board shall be defined in the Rules of Procedure".)

The methods of appointment, duties and composition are regulated by article 13 of the Regolamento Organizzazione e Funzionamento (ROF) (Organization and Functioning Regulations).
