La composizione, le modalità di nomina e i compiti del consiglio di istituto sono definiti dal regolamento di organizzazione e funzionamento". ("An institute board shall be set up at each Institute to represent the staff and assist the director in the planning and skills development processes. The composition, the method of appointment and the duties of the Board shall be defined in the Rules of Procedure".)
