Solar Thermionic-Thermoelectric Generator (ST2G): concept, material and prototype demonstration
Nitrogen-doped nanodiamond films were deposited on HfC to operate as efficient thermionic emitters in the prototype of the ST2G thermoelectric-thermoelectric solar generator.
